2. Many of these organizations engage with an MSP to assist with strategy planning but really only get support and operations services.
Many of the MSPs I've worked with provide great technical expertise, but conflict may arise when organizational leaders lose trust in the strategic alignment with the MSP, or it no longer feels like a mutual business partnership.
Many organizations utilize an IT managed services provider (MSP) to assist with technology support and operations management. Unfortunately for most of these relationships, it becomes a push approach where the MSP implements the solutions of preference which may not be the best fit for the organization.
